TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The movable operator's platform will be installed inside the booth, with the following plan dimensions:

Length mm 1.500
Width mm 900
Max.lift mm 3.500
Capacity Kg 180

The platforms will consist of a strong carrying structure, made up of pressure-bent sheet steel section, high thickness, duly reinforced, and steel tubing.
The walkway of the movable nacelle will be made of grating panels, while the circumference will be protected by fixed guards.
The access to the movable nacelle will be possible through two doors installed at both ends, whose opening will be toward the inside.
The use of spring hinges and the application of a stop on the structure will allow to have always the entrance doors closed as a protection for the operator.
The vertical movement will be performed by a master cylinder, with pulleys and chain transmission, the horizontal translation will be performed by an hydraulic motor, through crown gear and pinion.
Moreover the two movable working platform will be equipped with a further hydraulic device allowing the nacelle to have a 500 mm projection towards the longitudinal axis of the booth.
The levers mounted on the nacelle will perform the control of horizontal and vertical movements; moreover a lever will be installed for the floor return in case of emergency. Hydraulic stops will be applied at both ends of the platform, in order to stop it at the end of the pre-established course. The hydraulic gearcase will be installed outside the booth.
The feeder lines will be made up of fine steel pipe inside the booth, and hoses as for the part concerning the platform translation.
The hoses will be inserted in a cable-holder chain, which will be supported by special brackets fixed to the booth wall. Moreover the platform will be equipped with compressed air inlet.
Feeding will be performed by means of rigid pipes and hoses, disposed as the previous ones. Inside the booth, reversible limit switches will be installed on the wall, at 2 m from the relevant back doors.
